Customers can select different SLAs for hardware replacement, add-on services like onsite engineer support, testing-as-a-service, Designated Support Engineers and more.  Our goal is to match our capabilities to your specific needs.

WatchDog Overview

WatchDog Support is Ruckus’ base level support offering.  It provides customers with a strong foundation of support capabilities, including: 24x7 Technical Assistance, Access to software updates & major upgrades, more aggressive hardware replacement options and the ability to leverage the Ruckus Diagnostic Dashboard tool.

  • WatchDog End User Support: this offering is for customers who wish to engage Ruckus directly for their support needs.
  • Partner WatchDog Support: with this offering, support is provided by Ruckus-qualified partners who deliver frontline support to the customer. Ruckus provides backend support to the partner, but do not interact directly with customers.
